"Reflections on Passages"
When I first began selling my Artwork, I was shocked at how expensive framing and the associated costs of preparing artwork for sale had become. The picture "framer" was making more money than I was, and as my larger pieces and orders started, the dollar numbers just went through the roof. Many of my Associates had the same feelings, but high quality framing and preparation has it's own special dimension for success at being in the Art business.
At one point, the ratios began to change and/or I started accepting the requirements and contribution the "framer" was making to my success. They earn their money. The frame and mounting can be it's own special type of Art. I say: "So be it".

Placement is almost everything...
Of course, large scale artwork has it's own special needs and requirementsas well. The finished work has to be boxed or crated and transported to the site. Many of my clients reside internationally and the implications here have a life of their own as well. The installation (placement) of the artwork requires careful consideration and planning too. If the location is correct, the room gets more inviting, and people move toward the room and stay comfortable longer

My Artwork goes everywhere
My artwork has been displayed in various locations around the world, from galleries to public spaces. Each installation is carefully planned to ensure it fits (more or less) seamlessly into its environment. Residences, Offices, Restaurants, Superyachts, and Government Buildings are just a few examples of where my work has been installed.
